This old-fashioned 18th century home, in which the current owners reside, features a large courtyard and is surrounded by old outbuildings (including a stable, haylofts, oil mills and farm buildings) that have been partly renovated and converted into comfortable guest accommodation units. Guests can watch farm activities, all in a warm family atmosphere guaranteed by the warm and welcoming owners. Children and adults can also enjoy meeting the menagerie of animals at the villa, including sheep, pheasants, tortoises, guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits and dogs. Comprising a total of 13 guest rooms, this establishment welcomes its guests into a lobby with a 24-hour reception service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. On-site facilities include a TV lounge, a restaurant, Internet access and a laundry service. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in either the outdoor car park or in the undercover parking garage and those wishing to get in touch with nature can hire bicycles from reception and explore the local surroundings.

Room description

All of the bedrooms are comfortable and feature the same furniture and accessories as the old country house. The old colonial houses have been carefully renovated in accordance with original styles and materials, yet at the same time ensure all modern comforts (such as efficient independent heating systems and en suite bathrooms), to satisfy guests' requirements. The bathrooms come with a bathtub/shower and hairdryer and in-room amenities include a TV, Internet access, a kitchenette with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, safe and king-size or double beds. Individually regulated heating units and balconies/terraces also feature.

Sport activities description

This establishment's grounds include sun loungers and parasols, a snack bar, a sun terrace and facilities for archery, tennis, handball, beach volleyball and bowling. Younger guests can play in the playground and take part in the children's entertainment programme. Watersports are available nearby, including diving, catamaran boating, canoeing and sailing. There are also two swimming pools within the hotel grounds with a children's swimming area. Guests may also wish to go biking and explore the surroundings. It is also just 5 km from the sea, and the town of Messina is approximately 80 km away.
