The extremely beautiful beaches of Maremma, Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia, and the natural park of Alberese, are easy to reach by car (about 45 minutes away).
How to get there
From Siena, follow directions to Grosseto, then take the road E78 for Case Basse and Poggio Terriccio. Next, follow signs for Roccastrada and Follonica.
