Many large stores and shopping centres, including Gome, Parkson's and Golden Eagle, are within 1 km of the hotel. Major banks are also easily accessible. Nearby tourist attractions include Yuantong Hill and Temple (a 10-minute ride away by public transport), the Kunming Zoo, Green Lake Park (about a 10-minute drive away) and the Bird and Flower Market. Discos or clubs are around a 15-minute journey by public transport away and the Walk Street tourist centre approximately 10 minutes on foot. The airport is about 5 km from the hotel.
