Facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange facility, 9 lifts and a car hire service in addition to a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, shops, a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub, a theatre hall, a games room, a cosy café, 9 bars, 4 restaurants (2 of which are air-conditioned and offer Italian and Turkish specialties), a sultan tent with Turkish specialities and pastries as well as a restaurant offering chicken specialities. Moreover, there are 3 conference rooms for business guests and room, laundry and medical services are available.
