Hotel description Waka Di Ume
The resort is well maintained and designed to meet the needs and expectations of all guests who want to escape the modern world. The resort does not have radio or TV. It is completely natural and provides wonderful, peaceful rice field vistas. Surrounded by the textures and colours of nature, it has been designed to be small and intimate. There are only sixteen dwellings: eleven lanai-style, two villas and three suites. A lobby with 24-hour reception desk, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, laundry/dry cleaning service (subject to fees), room service (Subject to fees) and 24-hour doctor-on-call service (Subject to fees) all feature. Bar, dining and parking facilities, as well as Internet access (subject to fees) and bike hire are offered.
Room description
All rooms have been created to combine traditional Balinese aesthetics with modern style and comfort. The materials are local stones, folk-weave fabrics, cane bamboo and weathered wood. The atmosphere is spacious and generous, cool and inviting, informal and relaxing. All rooms have a private terrace or balcony looking out onto the rice fields, comfortable double bed with mosquito nets, individually adjustable air conditioning and fan cooling, personal minibar, direct dial telephone, slippers and bathrobes, hairdryer and an en suite bathroom with a sunken bath and hot and cold running water shower.
Sport activities description
There is a swimming pool on two levels adjacent to the panoramic rice terrace. Guests can take the opportunity to feel the cool breeze while relaxing on a sun lounger under the palm trees. This area is the perfect location for enjoying a light meal, reading a book or sun bathing. A massage service and various health treatments are also offered to guests. Sport enthusiasts may enjoy a bike ride or go for a walk around the village and rice field.
Meal service description
Breakfast is offered to guests each morning. In addition, the restaurant on two levels in the main building at the entrance to the resort offers a combination of wonderful Balinese specialties and more familiar western dishes.

The resort is located among beautiful rice fields. It is only an hour's drive to the international airport while the shopping area and Ubud, the cultural and artistic heart of Bali, are just a 5-minute drive away. The Monkey Forest is about 10 minutes away by car while Denpasar is about 45 minutes away.
