Room description
All the apartments are equipped with double beds, individually regulated air conditioning units, safe, free wireless Internet access and a direct dial telephone. They also include an LCD TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and washing machine. There are 3 types of apartments: the studio (TO) comprises a large bedroom with private terrace or balcony, kitchenette and fully appointed bathroom. The T1 apartments comprise a large bedroom with fully appointed bathroom, large living room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace or balcony. The T2 apartments also have a large en suite bedroom with fully appointed bathroom, 2nd bedroom and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace and a large terrace or balcony. The kitchens include a fridge, cooker and microwave.
Sport activities description
The hotel has 2 beautiful outdoor swimming pools (natural fresh and heated water) with sun loungers and parasols, sun terrace, a nice coffee shop by the garden and a spa with gym, sauna, Turkish bath, steam room and massage treatments for free. The resort includes 2 beautiful golf courses, known as some of the best in Portugal, a horse riding centre, tennis centre and squash courts (fees apply). Surfing is also available.

This hotel is situated in natural surroundings just 5 minutes' drive from the village of Cascais. Integrated in a special resort, it is just 2 minutes from some very nice beaches. Restaurants, bars and clubs can all be found just 2 km from the hotel. There are public transport connections just 100 m from the hotel, and the train station is Cascais is a 5-minute drive away. The beach at Guincho is a 30-minute walk away, and the Estoril casino is a 10-minute drive away. Sintra can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Lisbon is a 30-minute drive away. Lisbon Airport is just 30 km from the hotel.

How to get there
From Lisbon, take the A5 highway (from Lisbon to Cascais) right to the end and then take the exit to Cascais, on the left side. At the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit, towards Birre (also signposted to Vivamarinha). 200 m later there is another roundabout. Take the 3rd exit, towards Torre (also signposted to Vivamarinha). 1 km further down the road there is another roundabout (the last one). Take the 1st exit, signed Areia and Vivamarinha, and after 100 m turn left. After 500 m the hotel is on the right side (after another hotel on the left).
