The business hotel underwent a complete renovation in 2010, and the air-conditioned establishment now offers 120 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Room description
The newly refurbished double rooms are furnished to ensure the comfort of all guests and are equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC, bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a telephone and TV with foreign television channels. The hotel has newly renovated apartments with above-standard furnishings. The apartments are equipped with fully-fitted kitchenettes, separate from the bedroom. A double or king-size bed, Internet access, air conditioning and individually regulated heating also feature in all accommodation units as standard.

The family-friendly city hotel enjoys a great location in the Brno'Medlánky area, just 10 minutes from the city centre, where guests will find numerous bars and shops, nightlife venues and a bus station. There are links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity and the hotel offers a very good connection to the motorway system in the direction of Svitavy, and access to the BVV is also good, around 15 minutes from the business hotel. Places of interest in the city centre include Petrov Cathedral, Spilberk Castle and Tugenhat Villa, and Slavkov is approximately 15 km from the apartment hotel.
