This is a luxury, lakefront holiday resort featuring 2 and 3-bedroom condos/suites including townhomes. This brand new community, the first and only located off the world-famous International Drive, offers the best in high-end luxury. The 3-storey town homes are unique and offer plenty of room in a homely setting. All units come with a full kitchen with all utensils, a beautifully decorated living room and dining room and well-appointed bedrooms. The community itself has plenty of amenities including a swimming pool, a games room and a spa pool. Its location directly across from the Orlando/Orange County Convention Centre makes this property perfect for business travellers while being designed to suit the needs of the most discerning leisure guest. Parking is available for those arriving by car free of charge.

Room description

All town homes and condos include a large living area with elegant furnishings and custom design, a complete entertainment centre with a 42-inch plasma TV, a VCR/DVD player and a stereo. They are also equipped with a gourmet kitchen with major appliances such as a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and Corian/granite countertops and tea and coffee making facilities; private bedrooms with 20-inch LCD flat-screen TV and DVD players; a private patio or balcony; luxurious linens and pillow-top Restonic mattresses, as well as computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access with wireless connectivity. The private bathrooms offer a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, and a direct dial telephone, a radio, an ironing set and a washing machine are provided in all accommodation units as standard. All units are centrally heated and air-conditioned.

The resort property offers a range of amenities, including a children's swimming pool, a basketball court, a cinema, a games room, and an Internet library. The beautiful club house offers great amenities such as an open-air infinity-edge swimming pool with hot spa and multi-level deck space, along with a state of the art gym overlooking the pool and lake featuring LCD TVs in all of the equipment.

All units are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. There is no daily cleaning. A USD 75 departure cleaning fee for the 2-bedroom, and USD 85 for the 3-bedroom, for all of the 5 nights or less is applicable (plus tax, subject to change). This fee will not apply for all reservations of 6 nights and beyond. If guests require cleaning during their stay it can be purchased from the resort itself upon arrival. The Welcome Center is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for check-in and registration, and it is located next to the resort in the New Publix Shopping Plaza. The address is 9924 Universal Blvd. Suite# 244, Orlando Florida 32819 (next to the entrance of Publix).

How to get there

From the Orlando International Airport, take Airport Blvd W to Exit 1B (towards Toll Road 528). Merge onto Toll Road 528 West and travel 13 km. Take Exit 2 (Universal Blvd/ Orangewood Blvd). Turn right onto Universal Blvd. Travel for about half km and turn left onto Lake Cay Place. The club house is located at the entrance of the resort.
