    Could do with tea/coffee maker in the rooms.

    Friendly & helpful staff.

    The Balcony sliding doors faced east into a strong breeze which made the door frame rattle. Cured by stuffing paper in the cracks.

    Th food! Terrible! Not a four star hotel. Every meal serverd for lunch had something wrong with it! We're not fussy eaters but the hotel could not even make a decent toasted sandwich, it arrived soggy. The portions were not even standard size portions, and for the price you would expect your hunger to be fulfilled. The breakfast and dinner is always the same, pasta with tomato sauce an chips with maybe the odd chicken piece left.The sunbeds were minimal..The hotel is advertised as a 'family' hotel and if you are travelling with children or infants and you need a sun umbrella then forget it. Even when we got one it was broken. You also have to wake up super early to 'reserve' sunbeds because if you don't, then you will not be sunbathing. The food was the most negative aspect of the holiday. For the price paid itsnot worth it.

    Un diez para el personal de recepción

    Un 0 para el desayuno buffet (otros años tenían aceite de oliva virgen "del bueno" este año brillaba por su ausencia) y el pan gallego, que estaba buenísimo, unos días había y otros días no. Un 0 para el spa, el agua de la piscina de chorros fría, la sauna mal (no habia cubo para echar agua y aunque lo hubiera habido el cazo estaba roto y las piedras frías). En relación a años anteriores, en los que también nos hemos alojado, han bajado la calidad en general. Nos estamos planteando si el año próximo volveremos
