Built in the year 2010, this 109-room city hotel has an avant-garde style. It is built on a spot corresponding to two older buildings, one of which was one of the last inns existing in Malaga while the other was a residential building with a façade dating from the start of the 20th century, which has been preserved. The premises have been totally rebuilt, taking care to preserve the patio that gave it its name as well as an old hallway. Remains of the old Arab wall of Malaga have been found under both buildings, along with remains of the old river gate. In addition to a lobby area with 24-reception and check-out services, amenities available to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include currency exchange facilities and lift access, as well as a café, bar and a restaurant.
