The villa was renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 25 rooms in addition to a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, a hairdresser, a bar, a restaurant, a café, and parking for those arriving by car.

All the double rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, and a double bed.
