Laura at the front desk was great! We only had one night to spend in Florence and she told us all the must see places and
since they are located further from town offer a free shuttle. Since we did nto have cell phone we were able to arrange a
pick up time as well and the driver was right on time. They were very welcoming and care about the guest. I loved visiting
Florence and could not imagine staying anywhere else. The view is AWESOME. . .they even have a little roof top deck.
