Room description
The apartments and guest rooms have been built according to high standards of quality. Modern in design and equipped for excellent comfort, the accommodation units offer wireless Internet access, satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals and comes with a minibar/mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set. Each apartment has a spacious terrace and provides the opportunity to relax with a special view of the Adriatic Sea or the nearby mountains. The en suite bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer, and double/king-size beds, a direct dial telephone and central heating also feature.
Sport activities description
Daily tours are organised by the hotel, and guests can find sun loungers on site and on the beach. They can also participate in the aqua fit classes. Water sports include canoeing on the River Cetina, which is around 30 minutes from the hotel, as well as waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating and pedal boating on the nearby sandy and pebble beaches. Guests wishing to play a round of golf will find a course within 5 km of the accommodation, and tennis is also available.

Podstrana is a small tourist town, situated just 7 km from Split. With the beach close by, guests are able to take part in a large number of water sports. Alternatively, guests can venture a little further afield and explore the sights of Split's old town. There guests can visit museums, exhibitions and the Split Summer Festival. A number of restaurants, bars and pubs can be found on the hotel's doorstep, whilst nightlife spots are within 3 km of the hotel. The local bus stop is just 10 metres away and the beach is within a one-minute walk of the accommodation. Shops can be found in the centre of Split, and nearby sights include Diocletian Palace and the Ancient City of Salona, which are around 9 and 12 km away respectively. Split International Airport is approximately 35 km from the establishment.

How to get there
Split Airport is located in Kastela, 30 km from the accommodation. There is a bus line from the airport to the centre of Split, and from there guests can continue to the villa by bus. Split's bus station, train station and ferry port are located in the centre of Split, 8 km from the villa. The bus from Split to Omiš passes by the establishment. By car: exit the Zagreb-Split motorway at Dugopolje and follow signs to Split. 15 km before Split, follow the signs for Dubrovnik (road D-8). After 5 km the entrance to the Grand Hotel Lav will come into view. It is about 2 km from the hotel, on the same road. If guests have any problems finding the hotel, they should call the establishment and staff will pick them up and lead them to hotel. Airport pick-up is also available.
