Carefully restored in 2005, this 18th century Sevillian house, which has been converted into a hotel, offers the highest level of comfort and first-rate personal service. Offering access to a plant-lined marble patio, the hotel also provides guests with exceptional panoramic views out over the Giralda from the pleasant terrace. There are a total of 12 rooms spread over 3 storeys, of which 1 has been adapted for use by disabled guests. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a reception desk (7:30 am - 10:30 pm), a lift, public Internet access, a WLAN access point, room service, a bicycle hire service and a car park.

Ideally situated in the very heart of the Santa Cruz district, the hotel affords a privileged location close to the gardens of Murillo in Avenida Menéndez y Pelayo, behind the Cano y Cueto 24-hour public car park. It is just 10 minutes walk to the Giralda and the cathedral and the Alcazar Palace and its magnificent gardens are located directly next to the hotel, as are the Plaza de España and María Luisa Park. Tapas bars and restaurants are to be found in the local area.
