Meal service description
The Restaurant del Bosque is well known for its quality blend of Patagonian and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as its excellent preparation of regional dishes combining wild, exotic and traditional touches. Guests can taste Patagonian lamb, trout, salmon, mushrooms and smoked meat from the region, as well as wood fruits, vegetables and wild herbs, all the while accompanied by colours and music of immemorial flavours. Homemade bread, left to rise at dawn by the heat of the hearth, swollen by mountain air and permeated with lumber scent, is baked daily.
