IVE STAYED 5 TIMES AT THE HOTEL AND NEVER A PROBLEM
CHECKED OUT ON THE 13TH DEC VERY EARLY AND HAD TO WAIT 20 MIUTES FOR THE RECEPTIONIST TO WAKE UP.......SHE WAS SLEEPING .....;NOT NICE COMING TO THE DESK VERY UNTIDY AND DISHEVELED

Poor breakfast at a restaurant nearby NOISY rooms! Difficult to relax because the doors were not sound-proofed at all. You could here music and voices from the hotel lobby and the street!

- Food very low standard but ok when you do not have any expectations and just want to have a bite. - Run Down, bathroom not very nice and room felt cold, air condition could not be switched off. - Service, we do not get the information needed and no smiles. People seem to not like their jobs. Organisation of breakfast was chaotic and service just stood there and chatted instead of doing some work. - This hotel does not feel warm and not very Cuban.

Pésima calidad en los servicios que presta el hotel, muy sucio y mal oliente, muy caro para recibir esto, tardamos 1 hora en el registro, no hay internet y el que rentan carísimo, su mantenimiento no es perceptible.

Geweldig uitzicht over havanna! Geweldige salsaclub op bovenste verdieping
Ik miste een strijkijzer op de kamer, ik ben van mening dat een hotel met deze alure dat wel op de kamers dient te hebben.
de ijssallon van Cuba richting de zee vindt men een geweldige Jazz club genaamd Zora te herkennen door de engelse telefooncel
Breakfast buffet was good.
Pretty basic rooms definately not a 4 star hotel rest of the world. Reported leaky bathroom roof but noone cared. Rooms could do with a makeover as really dated and falling apart. Ok for the price but thats Cuba.
