Staff extremely helpful and polite without being difficult, always a smile to greet you
Swimming pool should be with a roof and massage facilities should be at hand
In February not much as being out of season, but worth visiting the Arab baths and having a stroll on the seafront

Several times we would have like to make a cup of tea but Tea/Coffee making facilities were not in the room so that was disappointing.

La habitación y el hall muy bien
El baño de la habitación muy antiguo Una mañana vi como unos clientes llegaron tarde al desayuno y no les dejaron entrar, y a los cinco minutos llegó José María Ruiz Mateos y a él sí que lo dejaron entrar por ser una personalidad conocido. Los clientes que vimos esta escena nos quedamos atónitos

Friendly staff
Hotel now very dated and tired, also noisy building work taking place in the next door property along with exterior painting painting of the hotel itself made for a less than pleasant stay.
