Comments from hotel
Guests should note that it is illegal for them to cross the border to Laos via the Mekong River which lies in front of the resort as it is not the official border, however others may try to convince guests otherwise. It is strongly recommended not to do so. If guests would like to visit Laos, they should go to the border at Chong Mek, where there is an official immigration checkpoint.

This hotel is set on 14.6 acres of grounds, right in the heart of the natural forest of Khongjiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province in the northeast of Thailand on the banks of the Mekong River. Guests will find the centre of Khongjiam just a 10-minute drive, as are the nearest bus station and Khongjiam Market. It lies 15 minutes' drive from Kaeng Tana National Park, 25 km from Chong Mek (Thai-Laos Border) and the Pha Taem National Park and 99 km from the city. It is surrounded by natural attractions and historical sites.
