The conference hotel was built in 1976 and renovated in the year 2000 and consists of 362 rooms on 5 floors of which 74 are singles and 278 are doubles. The hotel also has a sizeable garden (10 m²) for guests to relax in. The hotel is well equipped with a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a café, a newspaper stand and a shop. There is a welcoming in-house bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children.
