Fantastic space with good amenities within the room.
Both televisions in the suite did not work, fire alarm held together with masking tape, balcony door in bedroom would not close when opened.

Location good. Easy to use. Well cleaned.
Very noisy overnight on weekend. Flat naturally hot, so windows had to be open, which exacerbated the noise. Perhaps better on week nights for business trips. Location means many of the nearby flats are filled with revellers. TV system didn't work correctly.
Loads; flat is 5 mins walk from Bham New St station...

Relaxing and enjoyable, staff very pleasant and helpful.
Good selection of restaurants near by.
Very impressed by standard of hotel, and location to the city and station. Being a single traveller felt much more comfortable having my own space instead of having to sit in a hotel lounge. Also having cooking facilities was able to avoid those uncomfortable moments of eating out alone on an evening. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would definately think about coming again, have told all my friends about it..
