very convenient location near Paddington station and tube. relatively clean and quiet. The staff I met were very pleasant.
breakfast food dreadful!! have stayed in similarly priced places where the food has been much better. Breakfast hours not ideal if one needs to be gone earlier than 7.30am. Shower head in my room was broken therefore had to hold the attachment. No bathmat in the shower room. Tea making facilities in the rooms would be appreciated as there was nowhere to make a hot drink.Machines are not acceptable as can taste coffee in everything!!
Tube station near by for getting into central London. Parks very close and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cheap, clean and basic accomodation.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room
Excellent location with Bars, cafes, restaurants and tube station nearby.

very efficient, service very thoughtfull, warm reception

Although staff were by and large helpful, the language barrier made things difficult at times.
Clean, comfortable, and ideally located for central London attractions
As my partner was disabled stairs down to dining area were particularly difficult to negotiate Requested & paid extra charge for breakfast to be delivered on the second morning, but only recieved one,and despite contacting reception situation was not rectified. On arrival staff were unable to advise/assist on the issue of parking outside the establishment, as there was no hotel residents car park, and the signage outside was ambiguous.
Plenty of shops around for basics newspapers etc.,and a nice pub at the end of the road serving delicious food at a reasonable cost. Within walking distance of some attractions
