The lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange, a cloakroom and a lifts. Further facilities include a breakfast room, a conference room, a selection of shops, a bar, a café and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a smoking area. Room description
The very spacious, air-conditioned suites come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, ironing equipment, 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, and an Internet connection. In addition, the rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar, a fridge, a mirror, a DVD player and video player. Each of the junior suites additionally features a Jacuzzi, a living room and a balcony or terrace. The Royal Master suites have a Jacuzzi and 2 terraces. The President Suite has its own pool with hammocks, a dining area and lounge.

In the outdoor complex are 2 swimming pools with separate paddling pools, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols. A solarium, sauna, steam room, gym and Jacuzzi are on offer indoors, as well as massage and spa treatments. This all-suites resort is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen and this is an exotic destination that offers privacy and comfort. The Quinta Avenida is about 100 m from the hotel, where there are bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Nearby is the pier where guests can take the ferry to the island of Cozumel, which is part of the second-largest reef in the world. A bus stop and various shopping facilities are some 300 m away. The tourist centre is roughly 2 km from the hotel and Cancun is around 6 km. The archaeological site at Tulum is approximately 3 km, whilst Cancun airport is roughly 45 km from the hotel.
