This historic hotel is housed in a building dating back to the beginning of the 19th century and comprises a total of 90 rooms spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a foyer with a reception area, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift in addition to a bar and an à la carte restaurant offering some exquisite, traditionally English cuisine. Business guests may make use of the various, technically advanced seminar rooms and there is a car park on offer to those arriving by road, limited on site with only 28 spaces (fees may apply).

Each of the welcoming rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a trouser press, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Meal service description

Guests can enjoy breakfast either as an ample cold buffet, or alternatively a full English breakfast is served in Drakes Restaurant. Lunches and light snacks are served in Nelsons Lounge, which is open every day from 10.00 am. An excellent à la carte dinner menu, created by our head chef, Franck Gautherot, is available nightly from 7.00 pm in Drakes Restaurant, whilst a more informal bar menu is served in Drakes Bar.
