This hotel is one of Knysna's most elegant and charming accommodation offerings, capturing the essence of 4-star luxury with immaculate service and exceptional comfort. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include a hotel safe and lift access to the upper floors. There are 30 guest rooms in total as well as a laundry service and a car park for guests to use.

The hotel offers luxurious and spacious en suite rooms that are a sophisticated mix of contemporary and classic comfort with cool colours and rich fabrics. Rooms feature kitchenettes with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms also have air conditioning, remote controlled LCD televisions with selected DSTV channels and wireless Internet access. Further amenities include a hairdryer and a safe.

Sport activities description

The hotel has an onsite gym and offers countless leisure activities in the vicinity such as the Knysna Elephant Park with seven elephants roaming the small reserve, the Outeniqua Transport Museum with an excellent collection of trains reminding visitors of yesteryear and the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe, an exciting way to enjoy spectacular views from an old steam locomotive.
