This city hotel opened in 2005 and features 250 studios in total spread over 23 floors. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, lift access, café, bar, restaurant, conference facilities, WLAN access as well as room and laundry services. Commercial services are also available at the front desk. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.

The spacious and modern studios, as well as one and two bedroom designer apartments, each feature a private balcony with either cityscape or harbour views and apartment-style amenities.
