Fully refurbished in 2008, this original 13th-century coaching inn retains many of its original features including the old wooden beams and log fire located in the traditional Oak Bar. In addition to the 28 guest rooms, other amenities include meeting rooms, en suite rooms and a license for civil wedding and civil partnership ceremonies. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The hotel also features a restaurant, both room and laundry services and a car park.

Each of the rooms is fitted with an en suite bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, while other in-room amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, a trouser press and ironing set, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, a radio and modem point for Internet access. The Pavilion Restaurant offers diners a combination of beautiful surroundings and attractive daily menus. By road from the M3 motorway, junction 8, turn onto the A303 and head towards the centre of Salisbury. Keep on the ringroad and head towards Harnham. On the A338 head towards Harnham.
