Very good hotel and facilities.
Price of drinks - 2 cups of tea - 600inr!!!
DLF mall great facility nearby - restaurantss and shops gives you the opporunity to do things away from the hotel.

- cancelled booking without asking to, had to spend 2 hours trying to sort out the day before checking in - no room available at check in time - had to wait 1 1/2 hours - when given room, it hadn't been cleaned so had to wait for another one - room service - the chicken burger was red raw and had to be sent back - luckily we didn't eat it - the bath was dirty and black bits came off the plug when trying to run it - the hot water in the shower didn't work properly - the final insult - there was a cigarette filter in my bacon at breakfast. DISGUSTING
A very good hotel, excellent staff and facilities.
Only the price of food and drink. Thank goodness the DLF Promenade is nearby
