    Well positioned for airport - transfer 800 R. Male staff very helpful, but female staff generally unresponsive and seemingly wandering in circles. Took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea at breakfast!

    Arrived at 1715, but room not ready, despite very low occupancy. After travelling all day, the last thing anyone needs is another wait. After sharp words, room miraculously ready!

    The staff of the hotel were really very polite and professional in their attitude. They were also friendly and very helpful. All in all, the hotel gave me good value for my money.
