    Very helpful staff in getting hold of American Airlines so I could sort out the delay with my luggage (AmAirlines permanently busy phone line but the hotel staff managed to get through)

    No wireless internet available in my room - very disappointing and frustrating

    nice hotel, awesome decor. friendly staff. big room. clean.
