It offers guests an ideal starting point to explore the many sightseeing attractions, the shops and the boutiques. Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood as well as the Scottish Parliament are all around 800 m away from the hotel. In addition, all the other main attractions are within walking distance. The financial and shopping districts are around 10 minutes away or a short taxi drive. How to get there

Follow the signs to Edinburgh from the airport. Take a right onto the A8. Take the underpass and continue towards the city centre. Turn right at the Caledonian Hotel and then the first left onto King Stables Road. Follow on to the end of the street and take a left. Take a further left onto Victoria Street, then a right and then the first left onto Chambers Street. Follow on to the end of the street and take a right. Continue a further 800m and take a left straight on to the Festival Theatre on the hotel square.
