The thing that makes the Taj outstanding is the amazing service provided by the staff -- very high level of professionalism,
extremely nice, and some added touches -- free shoe shining overnight, turndown service, etc -- that make a stay here really
very pleasant indeed. I needed to print out a conference paper and the concierge did it for me instantly. This is one of the
best hotel experiences I have had in recent years.
