Newly opened in the year 2005, this air-conditioned shopping and conference hotel comprises a total of 207 rooms spread throughout a 15-storey tower with a stunning view. The accommodation is spread over a main building and a 3 annexe blocks. The modern lobby area of the hotel offers its guests a reception area with 24-hour service, a lift, a safe and a cloakroom. There is also a bar, a café, a TV and lounge room and 2 restaurants available for use. Guests are also offered the use of wireless Internet access (for a fee) and a bicycle hire service, as well as room and laundry services (for a fee). The conference centre offers a main room and 6 further conference rooms, which all feature natural daylight. The hotel additionally offers car parking and garage facilities to its guests.

The rooms are soundproof and feature modern, cosy furnishings. They come with a private bathroom, a hairdryer and a double or king-sized bed. Further features include a direct dial telephone, an electronic safe (also for a laptop), individually air conditioning, a clothes steamer (on request), a tea/coffee maker (in the suites, junior suites and deluxe rooms), a minibar (for a fee), interactive satellite TV (video on demand, pay TV), a radio, video games, HDSL Internet access (for a fee), as well as an electronic door key.

Sport activities description

Leisure facilities include a gym with a Stairmaster, bikes, treadmills and other cardio facilities. The health spa includes a 10 x 5 m hydro-massage bath, a Turkish bath, light panels, massage shower, chromotherapy and aromatherapy options, as well as a wide choice of relaxing massages and beauty treatments (fees apply). Both provide the perfect opportunity to pamper oneself in an elegant soothing environment aimed at heightening the sensation of relaxation and tranquillity in a peaceful area. All guests have free access to the gym. Guests staying in a Junior Suite or Suite have free entrance to the spa. Spa entrance is available for a fee for guests staying in Classic and De Luxe rooms. Children aged under 18 will be admitted under adult supervision and only in the morning, every day. The nearest golf course is 40 km away.

Meal service description

Breakfast may be selected from an American buffet service. Lunch and dinner may be selected from the à la carte menu. In addition, the restaurant caters for special dietary requirements. The two restaurants, open to hotel guests and to the public, both offer tempting Mediterranean cuisine and wholesome traditional dishes.

Public transport is located 200 m from the hotel, just a couple of minutes' walk away. Transfer to Cagliari Airport takes about 20 minutes (roughly 10 km).
