It is situated close to all of the facilities that guests are likely to require during their stay, such as restaurants, local markets, souvenir shops, banks and tour agents. Bars and a nightclub can also be found within walking distance. There is a bus stop only about 10 minutes' walk away and the train station can be reached in around 10 minutes via public transport. It is roughly 15 km to the beach. The hotel provides a perfect base from which to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter, as it is conveniently situated near many points of interest. The night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and the Hanoi Opera House can all be reached in about 15 minutes or less on public transport. Noi Bai International Airport is approximately 30 km away.

From Noi Bai International Airport, the hotel can be reached in 45 minutes by taxi. From Hoan Kiem Lake, walk down Hang Dao Street about 120 m and turn right onto Hang Bac Street. Then keep walking for 100 m, turn left at Ma May Street and continue straight ahead for 150 m until the hotel becomes visible on the left.
