    When checking out, the gentleman responsible for the Reception was totally uncapable to prepare a simple biull. It tokk me twenty minutes of waiting time, and finally had to leave, because if not I would be losing my plane. Finally he gave me a bill, that is not in accordance with the requirements of the peruvian tax authorities causing me significant economic loss. This is not what I expect form a 5 star hotel !!!!!!!

    Excellent hotel, friendly staff, ideally situated near Metro station for ease of getting around. Our room was first class.

    une jolie chambre. Emplacement sympas. Proche de tout.

    Pas digne d'un vrai 5* et room service assez déplorable, voire limite respectueux du client.
