    Lovely pleasant check in staff. Rooms were beautiful and hotel had a nice ambience.

    Rooms were a bit small.

    Too many things to list - you really are in the heart of London.

    Just totally recommend it for the experience of a modern funky hotel for those wanting something other than traditional & where room size isnt everything.

    Fantastic, clean, modern, urban hotel. Super helpful concierge gave upgrade to deluxe room on arrival and met my other requirements- could not have been more helpful. Seriously good customer service. Mood lighting in room and ability to play own music over IPOD connection & view outside all super. Great bathroom- shower only. Excellent 'feel good' ambience about this hotel. Will definately recommend to others and return.

    Other than dodgy plant on wall ( really Starck ?) I didnt have any- had to leave early as unwell so didnt try breakfast, bar or restaurant

    Everything in the West End- National Gallery, the Strand, Piccadilly, Buck. Palace etc

    très bien situé au coeur de toutes les attractions touristiques

    les enfants sont refusés au bar de l'hotel, il est donc impossible de se reposer tranquillement ormis dans la chambre. je ne recommande pas cet hotel pour les familles avec enfants.
