The hotel occupies one of Istanbul's many historical city houses and has been beautifully restored with a wooden frontal façade and homely interior furnishings. This charming design hotel first opened its doors to the public in 2008 and consists of just 12 rooms. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Further facilities include a hotel safe, café, restaurant and a car park. There is wireless Internet access available in the hotel. It has a small rear garden carved out of rock where breakfast is served in the summer, as well as a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating and a panoramic view of Sultanahmet and the Marmara Sea.

The cosy rooms have a homely style with white neo-French Renaissance-style furniture and pretty chintz patterned bed covers and curtains.
