The hotel is situated in the north of the island, in the Orotava Valley, in a peaceful location with views of the Teide and a tropical garden. There is a vast array of shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and many other entertainment facilities nearby. There are public transportation links in the vicinity. The hotel is very close to the Botanical Gardens and 3 km from the Martianez Lakes.
