Very clean hotel and rooms, nice, helpful and friendly staff, a lot of activities and evening programm. Very good and wide choice of meals.

Parking!!!!! It was impossible to park at you car park. I have even my car towed away first night, because I did not notice signs (on the road they were completely faded and other were hidden behind a van). The other negative would be a bit too much of oily meals.

excellent hotel from the rooms to the staff could'nt ask for better

the 2 gates at the front of the hotel were very annoying as they made a loud noise everytime they were shut if you are sitting nearby in gets very jarring

Excellent. Perfect holiday for us - food was great, the staff where friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend to family and friends.

The hotel was kept clean and tidy generally and some of the staff were very pleasant especially at reception and the cleaning staff.

unfortunately we did not kinow prior to booking that the British Darts Finals were being held at Sol Principe. The bar area was quite noisy and messy from Monday to Friday in the week we were there. We had a fridge in our bedroom which did not work very well and for it to work at all, we had to leave our card in the slot to keep the electricity on. Also it would have been nice to have a kettle in our bedroom to avoid having to leave the room for a cup of tea/coffee.

We walked on the promenade and to town quite a lot.

We were very pleasantly surprised. A lovely place in a great location. We will be returning.

It's a lovely hotel, well situated and great, friendly service. The food is good because there's such a variety and you can try everything. Wonderful views of the beach from covered terace and from room, even through mirrored wardrobes. If you lay on bed facing wardrobe, you will see the beach and what's happening there. Enjoyed happy hour too. Sara and John, Ireland.

La ubicación.

Este hotel es muy grande y hay una parte que está reformada y otra no. En las fotos de la página aparece la parte reformada pero cuando llegamos nos metieron en una habitación vieja y antigua, nos quejamos al momento y nos cambiaron a una habitación de las reformadas y con vistas. No se puede colgar en una página web de reservas de hoteles fotos de un hotel que no corresponden con lo que luego al llegar te dan, en nuestro caso nos la cambiaron sin problema y al momento pero si las habitaciones con vistas a la piscina son viejas lo tienen que indicar en la página web.

Las piscinas, la cercanía a la playa y al paseo marítimo. La ubicación del hotel es fantástica.

- En la pensión completa debería de entrar mínimo una botella de agua en cada comida del día. Ya que la pensión completa se paga con creces y no entra ni una mísera botella de agua. Y un refresco te vale 2,50€ y una cerveza 3,50€ - Las camas tendrían que ser de matrimonio, y las almohadas más confortables ya que se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Y el baño necesita una reforma. No se corresponde la calidad con el precio. - La televisión necesita que se cambie ya que es muy antigua y sólo se veían 3 canales con nitidez. - En la terraza debería de haber un tendedero para poner las toallas y los bañadores, ya que se trata de un hotel de playa. - El check-in es horroroso casi estuvimos una hora esperando. Cuando sólo había 4 personas delante.

Buena Comida, Piscinas y Expectaculo Nocturno.

Poco personal en el comedor para atender a tanta gente, en el miniclub el horario es reducido.

Las instalaciones eran muy buenas sobre todo las piscinas, la comida muy abundante y variada. L a animación por la noche tambien estaba muy bien.

La habitación muy paqueña para tres personas que ibamos, las tres camas juntas no podiamos ni mobernos y las colas para entrar en el comedor minimo 20 minutos todos los días y a todas horas.
