Beautiful rooms and a beautiful hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made my stay a joy.

I was really impressed by the design of the hotel. Front desk staff very efficient ! Do not miss the visit/tour of the hotel.

Room service verw good but not enough quantity.

I have stayed in better hotels for the same money & had better facilities & more included in the cost for this reason I find the hotel I stayed in poor value.

The unique floor design adds an interesting aspect to your stay. There is something to see on each floor. The staff were pleasant & professional. The breakfast was varied & good quality.

Parking should be included for hotel guests. The breakfast should have been included. The room should have coffee making facilities. It would be nice if guests could choose which floor they would like to stay on.

There wasn't much information available on the surrounding area or how to get in to the centre. There was a nice bakery which made a cheap alternative to breakfast.

Prácticamente todo fue según lo esperado.

Ya que cada planta del hotel es distinta mejoraría el servicio el poder elegir directamente habitación en el momento de hacer la reserva. Actualmente al hacer el check-in te enseñan fotos de las que quedan disponibles y tú eliges.

Hotel muy interesante a nivel arquitectónico y con buenas insalaciones, personal muy amable y atento.

No creo que sea de recibo en una junior suit de un 5 estrellas lujo, por ejemplo de la planta 8 del hotel, que tenga los sanitarios del baño de plástico, no se puedan controlar las luces de la habitación desde la cama (te tienes que levantar a los controles de la ventana) o que las cortinillas de toda la habitación sean manuales y se atasquen al abrirlas o cerrarlas.

La calidad baja bastante en época estival sobre todo de los desayunos, se nota que los alimentos llevan bastante tiempo y el trato no ha sido como en otras ocasiones... esta vez bastante flojito.

Assolutamente imperdibile se si visita Madrid.. E' già da solo un pezzo di cultura.. ogni piano un architetto diverso, camere spaziali, pulizia maniacale, staff cordialissimo e fantastico.. Nessun tipo di problema che si possa presentare.. Consigliato, anzi, consigliatissimo.. Vietato non andarci!!!!
