Renovated in 2001, this air-conditioned hotel comprise 35 floors in the main building and 27 floors in the neighbouring building, with a total of 733 rooms, of which 15 are suites and 22 are disability-friendly rooms. Guests are welcomed in an elegant lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, and several lifts. Culinary options include a café, a bar, and a cosy restaurant with highchairs available for children. Room description

Sport activities description
A large number of sun loungers are laid out ready for use in the hotel grounds. Indoor leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a solarium, a steam bath, and a sauna. It is also possible to relax with a massage or with one of the other spa treatments on offer.

Links to the public transport network as well as a bus station can be found directly beside the building, while a broad spectrum of restaurants, bars, art galleries, and theatres are all located in the immediate vicinity. Guests will reach a nightclub, an underground/ urban rail station, and shops in a few minutes on foot, and English Bay lies around 10 minutes away by public transport. The famous Granville Island is situated about 1 km from the hotel, with Stanley Park a little further away. The city of Richmond is a 25-minute drive from the hotel.
