How to get there
From outside Salzburg: take the motorway exit Salzburg West, proceed along the Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse towards P-Altstadt Mitte (Parking - Old Town central), then along Maxglaner Hauptstrasse and into Neutorstrasse. For guests already in Salzburg: cross the main bridge, Staatsbrücke, with the fortress in sight. Continue to the Hanuschplatz, take the next possible left at the Natural History Museum, Haus der Natur, then go straight through the Gstättentor archway, then go right and pass between the Pferdeschwemme horse pond and the Festival Hall through the Mönschberg.
