    Really lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a great selection of pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in November so it was not as busy as in peak season. Thank you.

    Not really up to 5 Star standards. Would rate as a good quality 4 star hotel.

    - nice swimming pool complex

    - buffet dining a bit disorganised - digital TV system did not work well and limited english langage stations - not 5 star quality

    Everything was on site and some good walks out. the airoplanes did not disturb us at all.

    Very good, just too many children in the restraunt late at night.

    Local towns with authentic canarian foods.

    Trato del personal muy bueno y felicitar por las facilidades de entrada y salida fuera del horario pre establecido por el hotel

    Spa pequeño Encontré un cucaracha en la habitación. Poca variedad de fruta fresca en la comida

    Hotel muy tranquilo. La habitación, una junior suite, era super amplia.Destaca en ella la bañera con hidromasaje y la cama en la terraza.Dispone de parking subterráneo gratuito.La comida bastante aceptable y variada y con materias primas de buena calidad.

    Lo peor sin duda el pobre servicio de atención en el restaurante.Poco personal e inexperto. Cuando llegabas, te acompañaban a la mesa y a partir de ahí empezaba el caos. 10 minutos de media para que te pùsieran los cubiertos y te preguntaran por la bebida.Las mesas sin recoger y los platos apilados sin que nadie los retire. Daba la sensación de desorganización y suciedad.Servicio propio de una pensión.Sin duda esta sería la causa para no repetir.

    bar por la noche un poco flojo en actuacion, entretenimiento
