Sport activities description
The outdoor complex offers a pool with separate children's paddling area, a pool/ snack bar with sun loungers and parasols on the pool terrace and the beach. The sandy beach also offers a few hammocks that may me made use of. Sports facilities within the hotel include tennis courts with flood light, table tennis, aerobics, a fitness- studio, billiards/ snooker, cycling excursions and darts. Golf may be played on an 18-hole golf course nearby. The beach club offers windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, kayaking and diving (only for those with a diving certificate). A seasonal entertainment programme runs throughout the day and evening offering shows and evening amusement in both the open-air theatre and nightclub. This attractive hotel is located close to the picturesque town of Playa del Carmen, on the strip of land between Cancun and the excavated settlement in Tulum. The ecological water parks X-Caret and Xel-Ha are also situated nearby, directly by the beautiful never-ending sandy beach of Playacar in vast, tropical surroundings. The region is rich in findings from the Maya Period. The centre of Playa del Carmen can be reached within around 3 km. Here, various shopping and entertainment facilities as well as taxi and bus connections can be found. Transfer time from Cancun airport to the hotel takes around 50 minutes.
