The hotel enjoys a unique location in an authentic and typical setting in Venice, facing the Church of Saint Sebastian and the Convent of Saint Sebastiano. Today the convent is the site of the Humanities Department of Venice's Università Ca' Foscari, and the Church of Saint Sebastian is one of the city's most prestigious destinations for art lovers. It is a short walk from the San Basilio Maritime Station, point of departure for Mediterranean cruise boats and ship lines and ferries which take guests to Saint Mark's Square and Piazzale Roma (with its bus station) in 10 minutes. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Hilton-Molino Stucky convention centre and within 800 m there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Venice Airport is a mere 10 km away.
