Built in 2005, the modern complex's grounds cover some 40 hectares with a total of 695 standard rooms, 35 suites and 8 rooms for disabled guests spread over two 5-storey buildings in addition to 39 villas and 2 residences. Facilities within the main building include a spacious, elegant lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lobby bar. The hotel also features a selection of shops, hairdressers, a nightclub, conference rooms and Internet access. Bars, taverns and a number of restaurants invite guests to enjoy a lively evening. Younger guests are offered a kids' club and a playground. Room service, a laundry service and medical assistance also feature within the hotel facilities (extra charge applies).
Room description
All guestrooms come with a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection (added fee), plazma satellite/cable TV, a minibar and a safebox as standard whilst the air conditioning and heating are both centrally regulated in the rooms in the main building. In the summer season the Troy family rooms (inter-connecting and located in the hotel grounds) are available and these have distinctive architecture, ceramic floors and individual air-conditioning as well as special eateries for breakfast and lunch and an exclusive bar.
Sport activities description
The hotel grounds include a pool, a children's pool and a poolside snack bar. The complex also has an impressive 12000sqm Aquapark (open summer months only). Sports options include 10 tennis courts as well as squash and table tennis facilities. In addition, bocce, beach volleyball and billiards are offered as well as a gym. There is also a bowling alley on site as well as a health spa with a indoor, saltwater pool, a sauna area with a steam room, a solarium and a Jacuzzi.
