Hotel description River Garden Residence
This attractive complex was renovated in 2010 and offers a high standard of accommodation with 65,000 m² of land by the side of a river. Guests are welcomed in a lobby at this beach hotel and facilities include a hairdressing salon, games room and a TV lounge. There are 63 villas in spacious gardens as well as 2 restaurants, a snack bar at the beach, a pool bar and a river bar. There is a children's playground and a kids' club for younger guests to enjoy. WLAN Internet access is available and for an additional fee guests can take advantage of the laundry service. Those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the hotel's car park. Bicycles can be hired at the hotel (fees apply). The private beach is a few minutes' walk or guests may make use of the complimentary shuttle service.
Room description
Furnished in a modern and contemporary style, the rooms offer comfort and spacious living space. There are 3 room types in the complex, all with a living room and kitchenette, others with 2 or 4 bedrooms or in a villa with 3 bedrooms appointed with either double or king-size beds. Each accommodation unit has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Rooms have a balcony or veranda and are air-conditioned and have individually regulated heating. Rooms are equipped with an LCD TV with satellite/cable TV channels, a DVD player, radio, hifi, telephone, safe box (extra charge applies) and Internet access. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set for added convenience. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, cooker, fridge and other kitchen equipment.
Sport activities description
The complex has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool as well as a children's pool. One of the pools is heated and aqua fit sessions take place there. Refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar. There is also a spa with a sauna and a hammam as well as a steam room (fees apply to the latter). Guests can pamper themselves with a massage or spa treatment (extra fees apply to both of these). Furthermore, guests can work out at the gym (fees apply) or make use of the tennis court (fees apply) or play minigolf and other sports activities such as table tennis, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, pool/snooker (fees apply) or set out on a bicycle ride (hire fees apply). Occasional evening shows and special programmes are organised weekly for adults and children. There are a number of watersports available on the private sandy beach which are operated by a private operator and that incur extra fees. These include waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing and pedal boating. Sun loungers and parasols can also be hired for a fee on the sandy beach. There is a golf course about 300 m from the hotel.
Meal service description
Breakfast is served in a buffet form and lunch and dinner are à la carte. A barbecue service is available providing equipment, coal, foods and drinks to the villas and verandas for an extra charge.

This complex enjoys a great location by a riverbank and with one of the area's many golf courses as a neighbour. Kadriye is a small town approximately 2 km away where a few shops and basic amenities can be found. There is a bus station about 500 m from the hotel. For those looking for both traditional and modern shopping facilities, Antalya city is a must and is approximately 40 km away. Antalya Airport is 30 km and there are many sightseeing attractions in the area.
