Renovated in 2002, this luxury hotel was built in a colonial style and covers an area of 30,000 m². This building itself comprises a total of 364 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a safe, a currency exchange counter and a bar. Shopping opportunities within the hotel include various shops, such as a newspaper kiosk, a souvenir shops and a jewellers. Further facilities include a hairdresser, a nightclub and a casino to provide entertainment. Business guests are offered various seminar facilities and there are 4 different restaurants, so guests are able to choose from a wide range of Caribbean and international cuisine. Additionally, guests may also use the Internet access for an additional fee. Medical assistance is also available on request. The leafy and spacious grounds offer an attractive water landscape with a spacious swimming pool, a children's pool and a snack bar surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The spa area of the hotel offers guests pure relaxation, whether in the sauna or in the Jacuzzi as well as with the professional massage service or the various spa treatments. Sports options include a gym or joining the varied entertainment programme for younger or older guests. Tennis (hard courts), table tennis, beach volleyball, bocce and billiards can also be played here. Aerobics courses are additionally on offer: Various water sports are on offer from local providers on the beach (additional fees apply) such as banana boat rides and diving courses.
