    staff very friendly, although not specifically geared to children they were very helpful in getting food annd drink for our toddler. although quite a larege hotel it was not overcowded as there were many areas to swim, relax and sunbathe plus also restaurants to eat at. Plenty of entertainment avaiable throughout the day around the poolsides and beach as well as in the evening.

    slow check-in process, it took approx 15 minutes of hanging around, waiting for towel and then key cards. Check-in process should have been explained more fully as they just assumed we knew what was happening and I had to ask at various points what we were waiting for as it was our first all inclusive hotel stay.
