The hotel was built in 2005 and its architectural design is based on a southern kasbah. Large cob walls surround the place, and there is also an interior patio and fountain. The hotel comprises three riads of six suites each (three on the ground floor and three on the first floor), and each one is reached via a tower comprising two royal suites (one per floor, of which one is suitable for disabled guests). Each of the four buildings has a private swimming pool, private gardens and each floor has a private terrace. The boutique, restaurant and reception welcome guests as they enter this enchanting hotel. The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned conference hotel include a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a TV lounge and a café. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services (fees apply for both), a car park and garage, and a bicycle hire service. The hotel offers guests a taxi or bus shuttle service.

Room description

There are four riads, three of them consisting of six suites with a private garden and pool or semi-private balcony, and one riad which consists of two suites, one equipped for disabled guests. There are also 10 standard rooms on the ground floor near to the main pool of the hotel. The 7 Ambassador Suites have a private or semi-private pool as well as a garden, and the 13 Senior Suites have a garden or balcony. All suites are equipped with an en suite bathroom with bath or shower, a king-size bed and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, Internet access, a safe and a washing machine.

Sport activities description

A beauty salon and the traditional Arab bath are available to guests, as well as Oriental body and hair treatments and massages with essential oils (fees apply to all). Children can play in the gardens and visit the animals at the hotel's little farm. There is an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar (fees apply) and sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use. Guests may also enjoy a game of bocce, or explore the surrounding area by bike (hire fees apply).

Meal service description

Beside the pool is a bar area and a restaurant with four-poster beds, where guests can enjoy grilled meats, salads, pizzas and other dishes. The main restaurant is open for dinner with a full range of Moroccan or international dishes, and guests can select their meal from a set menu. À la carte options are also available for lunch.

Situated just outside the town and only 10 minutes from the centre, this charming business hotel is around 1 km from restaurants and bars, 2 km from shops, 4 km from nightlife spots and approximately 5 km from Marrakech train station. Guests will find taxis right in front of the hotel and the bus station is 10 minutes away on foot. The nearest beach is roughly 17 km away. The guesthouse is approximately 15 minutes from golf courses and from Menara Airport.
