Built on a site which was formerly the location of a Tainos village, the 'Paseo de la Costanera' is largely inspired by the constructions of this vanished indigenous group. The two-storey buildings are constructed around a patio with a fountain at its centre. With generous use of acacia wood, palm leaf roofs and pleasant gardens, the residence merges perfectly with the landscape.
